Pumpkin Pie Protein Smoothie
Ingredients:
3/4 cup canned pumpkin
1/2 cup unsweetened coconut milk 
1/2 cup water 
1 cup crushed ice
1 scoop vanilla protein powder (whey or egg white)
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
large handful of raw spinach (trust me, you won’t taste it!)
If your protein of choice is not already sweetened, then add 1-2 tsp organic raw honey or maple syrup.
Directions: Blend until smooth, add chopped walnuts or pecans to the top for crunch, and enjoy! It may look strange from the green spinach, but it tastes delightful. Great way to enjoy the flavors of the season and sneak in some greens.
